PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water purifier capable of approximately completely removing radioactive materials to a degree of being fitted to drink or more from processed water containing the radioactive materials in tap water, and in which the life of an RO membrane is sharply extended.;SOLUTION: A water purifier is provided with: a prefilter of tap water; a pressure amplifier which introduces filtrate filtered by the prefilter; and a membrane filtration part of an RO membrane for introducing high pressure water whose pressure is raised by the pressure amplifier. The prefilter sharply extends life of the RO membrane by containing layers of zeolite and/or neolite for removing cesium and a weathered granular granite layer for removing chlorine in the tap water.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
