PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize attendants by evaluating the whole conference by evaluating not only an attendant who speaks, but also attitudes of other attendants, improving evaluation precision while facilitating the evaluation of the attitudes of other attendants by decreasing the number of evaluation points, and evaluating the quality of the conference from moment to moment without making the attendants aware of being evaluated.;SOLUTION: Quality evaluation means makes a posture state determination on in which of three posture states of falling on the face, laying on the back, and staying upright in a rotation direction an attendant other than a speaker is from a posture in the rotation direction, generates an utterance evaluation result as one item of quality evaluation of the conference from an utterance state detected by utterance state detection means by reference to a predetermined utterance evaluation table, generates a posture evaluation result as another item of the quality evaluation of the conference from the determined posture state by reference to a predetermined posture evaluation table, and computes the quality evaluation of the conference in the quality evaluation based upon an utterance quality evaluated value and a posture evaluated value.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
