PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sign plate for fire extinguishing, disaster prevention and safety, exhibiting an superior visual effect in a high level not achieved by conventional similar plates.;SOLUTION: Each of the following sheets (A) and (B) is used, one of which is used as a base sheet forming the base and the other used as a pattern sheet forming a sign pattern. They are: (A) a retroreflective sheet having a great number of glass beads having a refractive index of 1.5 to 2.2 and particle diameters of 10 to 250 μm, and a color ink layer; and (B) a phosphorescent sheet containing a phosphorescent material. Each of the following sheets (C) and (D) are used in the same way as above described. They are: (C) a sheet comprising a resin layer that contains a great number of glass beads having a refractive index of 1.5 to 2.2 and a particle diameter of 10 to 250 μm, reflective material particles and a phosphorescent material and has retroreflective characteristics and phosphorescent characteristics; and (D) a sheet comprising a resin layer that contains a great number of glass beads having a refractive index of 1.5 to 2.2 and particle diameters of 10 to 250 μm, reflective material particles, a phosphorescent material and a dye, and has retroreflective characteristics and phosphorescent characteristics.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
