PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a repair server in response to the desire of a user who requests repair, while considering convenience of the user.;SOLUTION: If JAM occurs in a conveyance roller of an image forming apparatus 100, it is detected by JAM detection sections 209a, 211a and a control section 201 identifies a position where the JAM occurs. The control section 201 sends JAM information to a history count section 212, causes the history count section to count the number of times of JAM and stores the identified conveyance roller and a JAM history of that conveyance roller in a storage section 202. A determination section 203 determines corresponding processing from the number of times of JAM.
