PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clarify the relation of continental drift with mid-ocean ridges in Atlantic and Indian Oceans, and also to clarify the relation of meteorites with continent separation.;SOLUTION: Mid-ocean ridges in Atlantic and Indian Oceans are created by blowout of magma from cracks of earth crust generated by falling of meteorites, and accordingly, the mid-ocean ridges are volcanic belts generated by falling of meteorites, the cracks of earth crust and blowout of magma from the cracks. The ocean ridge is a trace of the cracks generated on the earth crust and also is the trace of continent separation created by the meteorite. The meteorite falls at the deepest portion of the ocean ridge, and the separated continents are apart from others by the distance by which the ocean ridges are apart from each other. The cleavage of the continent can be explained by the above interpretation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
