PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a unit for obtaining an end point in an outward section, which is used for calculating, by a shooting method, a trajectory of a gymnastics including a predetermined reciprocation, such as the gymnastics for health using a sensor not having high resolution.SOLUTION: A trajectory operation unit, which calculates change of attitude before and after an exercise shown by rotation of an object to be measured, includes: a measuring means which obtains accelerations and angular velocities of predetermined positions of the object to be measured during the exercise; and a processor which obtains a two-dimensional representation of an inclination angle of the predetermined position of the object to be measured before and after the exercise based on the change of the accelerations obtained by the measuring means during the exercise, and calculates a rotation matrix regardless of the rotation concerning an axis orthogonal to a principal axis having a largest rotation angle in the exercise based on the angular velocities during the exercise obtained by the measuring means, and obtains the change of the attitude before and after the exercise as a three-dimensional representation of the rotation angle by affecting the two-dimensional representation of the inclination angle using a rotation matrix.
