PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily reach a Web page to which the user has accessed in the past from among huge quantities of WWW information. PSOLUTION: A page keyword held by a Web page acquired and browsed by using a retrieval keyword is associated with the retrieval keyword, and defined as browsing history information, and the page keyword held by the Web page bookmark-registered by a user in a Web browser is associated with the retrieval keyword input for the acquisition of the Web page, and defined as favorite information, and the information is stored in a data storage part 11a, and when the retrieval keyword is input in the Web browser, a processing part 11b adds the page keyword associated with the browsing history information and the favorite information to the retrieval keyword and transmits it to a search engine.
