PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a reduction in scale of a device and a reduction in processing time thereof.;SOLUTION: In a target tracking device 13, when a pair of a two-dimensional observed value and a two-dimensional track is input from an angle tracking device 12-i, a two-dimensional predicted value is calculated from a maintained three-dimensional track by a prediction processing section 131. Whether or not a correlation exists between the calculated two-dimensional predicted value and the two-dimensional observed value from the angle tracking device 12-i is determined by a correlation processing section 132. When it is determined that there exists no correlation therebetween, the two-dimensional track paired with the two-dimensional observed value determined to have no correlation is extracted by a two-dimensional track extracting section 133. On the basis of the two-dimensional track extracted from a different angle tracking device by the two-dimensional track extracting section 133, the three-dimensional track is generated by a three-dimensional track generating section 134. On the other hand, when it is determined that there exists the correlation, the three-dimensional track corresponding to the two-dimensional predicted value is updated by a smooth processing section 135 by using the two-dimensional observed value determined to have the correlation.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
