PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a defective sheet-like product removal device that removes a defective sheet-like product determined to be defective from a conveyance line so as to be easily and immediately visually checked by an operator.SOLUTION: The defective sheet-like product removal device 1 includes: a conveyance means 13 for conveying a sheet-like product; removal means 14 and 15 for removing the sheet-like product determined to be defective by a determination means, from the conveyance means 13; and an accumulation means 16 in which the sheet-like products removed from the removal means 14 and 15 are accumulated. The removal means 14 and 15 comprise a flip-up mechanism 14 which flips up the sheet-like product determined to be defective, when conveyed by the conveyance means 13, and a removal mechanism 15 which blows off the flipped-up sheet-like product to a downstream side. The accumulation means 16 is arranged downstream of the removal mechanism 15, and arranged above the conveyance means 13. The sheet-like product determined to be non-defective is conveyed below the accumulation means 16.
