PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve performance of a speech recognizer.SOLUTION: A method includes: monitoring a user's interaction via a communication network, to capture a plurality of words from the monitored interaction; storing the captured words in a portable device; and accessing the stored captured words, to add at least some of the captured words to a lexicon, thereby improving performance of a speech recognizer.
