PSOLUTION: The DC high voltage POWER supply apparatus controls an output detection means for detecting an output voltage so that an output voltage detection value by a mold article which is made of an electric insulating covering material is to be a reference voltage of a reference voltage generating means and stabilizes the output voltage electrically. Further and the POWER supply apparatus controls the temperature of the mold article to have an expected value Tb of the saturated temperature of the mold article which is obtained by considering a peripheral temperature Ta of the mold article. Moreover, when the temperature of the mold article is stabilized in the expected value Tb of the saturated temperature or in the peripheral temperature of the expected value Tb and the POWER supply apparatus controls the temperature of the mold article so as to hold the stabilized temperature.
