PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power fluctuation in a power system configured by connecting a power generator having a large output variation to a low-order distribution line. PSOLUTION: First distribution lines 101 are each equipped with a first information processing device 10 for acquiring output of a generator 5 and power consumption of a load 6 to calculate a first supply-demand gap, second distribution lines 102 are each equipped with a second information processing device 20 for calculating a second supply-demand gap, and third distribution lines 103 are each equipped with a third information processing device 30 for calculating a third supply-demand gap. The first information processing devices 10 each acquire the second supply-demand gap from the second information processing device 20 installed in the higher-order second distribution line 102 connected directly to the first distribution lines 101, acquire the third supply-demand gap from the third information processing device 30 installed in the higher-order third distribution lines 103, and control power supply to the loads 6 on the basis of the first-third supply-demand gaps.
