PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prepreg substrate which has good fluidity and the molding followability of a complex shape and develops excellent dynamics properties applicable to a structural material, the low dispersion of the properties, and high dimensional stability when made fiber-reinforced plastics and the laminated substrate of the prepreg substrate. PSOLUTION: In the prepreg substrate, reinforcing fibers 3 are arranged unidirectionally, and a plurality of lines comprising intermittent notches are formed in the direction crossing the reinforcing fibers on its entire surface. The projection lengths Ws of the notches projected in the vertical direction of the reinforcing fibers are 30 m-10 mm. All the reinforcing fibers are divided substantially by the notches.
