PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a system for electronically making a reservation for a service or the like and settling for the reserved service or the like without using a third person on the occasion of settlement.;SOLUTION: When a user transmits a control message to apply for reservation from a terminal 1 of the user of a service or the like to a reservation acceptance device 4, the reservation acceptance device 4 requests the temporary withdraw of electronic money whose sum is equivalent to the price of the service or the like to the terminal 1 of the user. When receiving the request for temporary withdraw, the terminal 1 of the user subtracts the requested sum from the available electronic money, and records it as electronic money for payment.
