PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensitivity judging reagent having a fluorescent group, and a method capable of easily discriminating the presence of a bonded substance with high sensitivity by liquid chromatography having a fluorescence detector without being affected by impurities or the build-up of a base line after the sensitivity judging reagent and a sensitive reagent are mixed.;SOLUTION: The sensitivity inspection method of a chemical substance has a process (a) for mixing a fluorescent cysteine derivative with a sensitive substance and a process (b) for judging the presence of the bonded substance by instrumental analysis.
