P To provide a method and a machine for making sherbet ice capable of making sherbet ice by responding to various use forms and an ice generator having a scraper capable of more efficiently peeling an ice making layer and capable of securing large ice making amount. PSOLUTION: In the method for making sherbet ice, sherbet ice is made by using the ice generator 2 for converting salt water made to flow in into ice and sending it and an ice making tank 15 with a small capacity and a storage tank 9 with a large capacity. The method for making sherbet ice comprises a first process of generating sherbet ice having certain concentration within the ice making tank 15 by making the salt water within the ice making tank 15 flow in to the ice generator 2, generating ice by the ice generator 2 and circulating the ice to the ice making tank 15 and a second process of supplying the sherbet ice with the certain sherbet concentration generated within the ice making tank 15 in the first process to inside of the storage tank 9 via the ice generator 2 to use the sherbet ice.
