PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a fancy cardboard with a principal image in a fancy cardboard form, which highly precisely shows sufficiently high-class quality and heavy texture without requiring proficiency. PSOLUTION: The method for making the fancy cardboard with a principal image is the method for making the fancy cardboard which includes on a mount the principal image, columns to enclose the principal image, heaven, and ground, so as to display gilded surfaces among the columns, the heaven, the ground, and the principal image. The method includes: a gold stamping step for continuously forming gilded frames on the mount at fixed interval; an adhesion step for allowing the columns, the heaven, the ground to adhere onto the mount along the outer edges of the gilded frames; a cutting step for evenly performing division by a plurality of gilded frame units and adjustment to obtain a regulated size; and a principal image attachment step for cutting the columns, the heaven, and the ground, which are adhering on the mount, together with the mount, performing adjustment and fixing to finish edging to keep appearance in edges, and attaching the principal image along the inner sides of the gilded frames.
