PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement system allowed to be achieved by a system robust to fluorescence photobleaching as compared with a fluorescence intensity method.;SOLUTION: A fluorescent image of a fluorescence temperature sensor 1 is acquired by a color information acquisition device 3, color difference information expressed by a YCrCb color space is extracted from RGB information of the fluorescent image, and temperature measurement is performed by using the color difference information and a temperature calibration straight line. Since respective components of the RGB information include luminance value information, the color components are susceptible to a fluorescence intensity change. A color space separating luminance and color components from each other and composed of a luminance value (Y), a red color difference (Cr) and a blue color difference (Cb) is used for the invention. The fluorescence temperature measurement method robust to a fluorescence intensity change is achieved by performing temperature measurement by using a calibration straight line of Cr, Cb and temperature. A fluorescence temperature measurement system 20 including an excitation light source 2 for exciting the fluorescence temperature sensor 1, the color information acquisition device 3 for acquiring the fluorescent image and a control part 11 for extracting the color difference information converted into the YCrCb color space from the fluorescent image and calculating temperature is constructed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
