PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for attaching an elastic body sheet which improves the yield and productivity, and achieves the efficiency and cost reduction of an attachment process, and to provide a method therefor.;SOLUTION: The device for attaching the elastic body sheet has a structure comprising: an attachment angle regulation part for an elastic body sheet 2, composed of a width guide board 5, a rotary roller 6, a fixed guide board 7 and the like; a rotary disk 3 of a jig of a frame 1; and a press roller part 11 for the elastic body sheet 2 so that the strip-shaped elastic body sheet 2 having ann adhesive or an adhesive tape applied on one face of a sheet made from a rubber-based raw material can be circumferentially attached to the frame 1 of an object to be worked.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
