PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide materials capable of improving operations of an air conditioning system of a building by determining whether the interior environment and the efficiency of energy of the building can be made better than a current state, and thereby capable of contributing to reduction in energy consumption.SOLUTION: Based upon data acquired from a BEMS, a bar graph is created, wherein the bar graph has air conditioning system names on a lateral axis, monthly integrated air-conditioning-time cooling-heating values on one side of a longitudinal axis, and monthly average-air-conditioning-time interior average enthalpy values on the other, and includes values in the order of air conditioning systems having large cooling-heating values in an intermediate period. Room enthalpy values are plotted corresponding to the air conditioning systems. In a diagnostic method, an outside-air enthalpy line 1 is drawn, it is determined that interior temperature can be lowered by outside-air cooling for an air conditioning system plotted above the outside-air enthalpy line 1, and the amount of cooling water in the intermediate period, winter season, etc., is reduced.
