PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the invasion of animals into a site not only on the ground but also in the underground. PSOLUTION: This harmful animal invasion preventing fence structure includes a ground fence installed along a boundary to prevent the invasion of harmful animals, and an invasion preventing plate buried underground along the lower side of the ground fence. The invasion preventing plate can be one of a concrete plate, a plastic plate and a metal plate or a combination thereof. The underground buried depth of the invasion preventing plate is preferably 150 mm or more and 1,000 mm or less. It is preferable to expose a predetermined width region from the upper end of the invasion preventing plate to the ground and to overlap the ground exposed region with a predetermined width region from the lower end of the ground fence. It is also recommended to stretch energizing wire around the uppermost part of the ground fence and to provide a partial region of the ground fence with an opening/closing door that can be opened/closed.
