PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an enzyme protein having an variable expression amount in association with motion strength, a secretory protein or their receptors and to provide a less-invasive and simple method for using a gene encoding them and measuring an effect of motion during normal or pathological condition on a comprehensive metabolic state, including evaluation of motion strength and muscular energy consumption. PSOLUTION: The method includes measuring the expression amount of at least one gene selected from the gene group consisting of genes described in the tables 2-5 (not shown) and detecting intensity of locomotor stimulation applied to muscle based on the variation of the expression amount.
