PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automated transportation system of a truck by an unmanned carrier that is executed by a simple mechanical configuration.;SOLUTION: The automated transportation system comprises a combination of an unmanned carrier 1 and a dedicated truck 2 that is pulled by the unmanned carrier 1 to travel, and carried to a designated place. The unmanned carrier 1 crawls under an underfloor space of a row of trucks that are mutually coupled at the designated place on a guide path and stand by in a row state, and advances to a foremost-order truck. When a traction pin 4 butts on a traction flap 53 of a traction object tool 5 of the foremost-order truck 2, the unmanned carrier 1 starts the traction. When a coupler 7 coupled with the next-order truck 2 reaches a position of a decoupling dog 9, the coupling is released, and the unmanned carrier 1 pulls the foremost-order truck 2 with the next-order truck decoupled and travels forward.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
