PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical-driving actuator capable of simplifying a driving system much more, downsizing a device, and materializing a low cost, and to provide its manufacturing method and an electric-power transfer system equipped therewith.;SOLUTION: The optical-driving actuator 1 is equipped with a cross-link liquid-crystal high-molecular thin film 2 having a photochromic molecule, which is capable of being reversibly isomerized by an active optical-source irradiation and a physical stimulus different from the active optical-source irradiation.
