PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip evaluation determiner for determining and evaluating problems of individual slips.;SOLUTION: The determiner includes: a problem listing region (11) in which problems likely to occur in a slip are listed as evaluation items from viewpoints of "amount of information", "task", "text (meaning)", "layout", "typography (character)", and "coloring design"; and a choice evaluation filling region (12) which is arranged in collation with the problems listed in the problem listing region (11), which is described with a plurality of choices with the degree of seriousness of the problems, and which is provided with entry columns for filling the choices selected.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
