PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a person encountering danger cannot notify another person that the danger occurs near him/herself by determining a danger level from information (factor information) expressing a physical state or mental state of the person.;SOLUTION: This danger notification server 70 has: a factor information reception part 71 for receiving the factor information 32 including at least two kinds of sensed values for notifying the danger of a user from a mobile terminal 30 of the user, and position information 33 showing a position of the user; a danger level determination part 72 for determining the danger level received by the user based on the received factor information 32; a dangerous area determination part 73 for determining a dangerous area including the position of the user shown by the position information 33 of the user based on the determined danger level; and an alert transmission part 74 for transmitting alert information 35 to the mobile terminal 30 of another user present in the determined dangerous area.
