PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water-proof sound transmission film in which the distortion of sound can be suppressed, and a water-proof sound transmission member.;SOLUTION: A water-proof sound transmission film comprises a film constituted of chitin, is used for water-proof protection of a sound transmitting part or a sound receiving part in an electric product, allows transmission of sound and blocks passage of liquid. A water-proof sound transmission member comprises the water-proof sound transmission film and a fixing material disposed on the water-proof sound transmission film, the fixing material has a closed frame shape when watched in a direction perpendicular to a surface of the water-proof sound transmission film, and the outer circumference of the fixing material is matched along the circumference of the water-proof sound transmission film.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
