PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform the operation control which is adequately ready for the characteristics of a train operation section, the scale of the train operation turbulence, and various kinds of requests. PSOLUTION: An onboard control device includes devices 172, 182 for storing the diagram, a device for obtaining the operation status of other trains, a device for obtaining the operation status of self train, a device for determining the travel of the self train, devices 171, 181 for controlling the travel of the self train, a device for changing the diagram, a device for receiving the changed content of the diagram, a device for reflecting the changed content to the onboard diagram, and devices 140, 150 for transmitting the changed content of the diagram to other trains. The operation control of the train is performed while selecting the train travel following the initial diagram, the travel for adjusting the interval between the trains, and the train travel following the diagram after changing the diagram.
