PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diagnosing supporting apparatus for fault of medical image equipment, displaying related images together with a main abnormal image and displaying a measure example for an image selected from the displayed images. PSOLUTION: The diagnosing supporting apparatus for fault of medical image equipment includes: an abnormal image storage part 002 for prestoring typical images and related images related to the respective typical images in association with each other for each of the typical images; a measure example storage part 003 for storing the measure example information of the generation cause of abnormality in the respective typical images and the respective related images; an abnormal image display control part 004 causing a display means to selectably display each of the typical image and the related image related to the typical image acquired from the abnormal image storage part 002 in association with each other; a measure example acquisition part 005 for receiving the selection of the displayed typical image or related image and acquiring the measure example corresponding to the selected typical image or related image; and a measure example display control part 006 causing a display part 008 to display the acquired measure example.
