PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that it is impossible to predict data necessary for a client from the viewpoint of access frequency and to cache them in advance. PSOLUTION: In this cache system for caching data, an entity of information used by a user is recorded. Frequently-accessed information recorded in a data storage means is stored. The access frequency to the information used by the user is recorded. An access request is received, information is retrieved from one or both of a cache storage means and the data storage means. The information obtained as the result of the retrieval is returned to a request source. The frequently-accessed information is recorded in the cache storage means based on the user access frequency to the information in reference to an access frequency storage means.
