Distributed control spectrum sharing method and apparatus in cellular mobile communication system

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed control spectrum sharing method for a cellular mobile communication system, and an apparatus using the method. PSOLUTION: In the method, a measure point (MP) detects the amounts of interference from all secondary users in each subcarrier, and when the sum of the interference amounts from all the secondary users in a subcarrier is greater than a predetermined interference threshold, newly determines a transmission right for the subcarrier of each secondary user, and then delivers newly determined transmission right information for each subcarrier of each secondary user to a corresponding secondary user. According to the method, co-channel interference caused by secondary users on each subcarrier can be effectively controlled, whereby spectrum can be effectively shared. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
