P To provide a column, having high-pressure resistance and capable of performing high-speed separation and analysis, even if at a small flow rate and to provide a liquid chromatograph device that uses the column. PSOLUTION: This separation column has a monolithic rod arranged in the center and made of a porous material and having a circular cross section; a filler layer arranged to surround the circumferential surface of the monolithic rod; and a cylindrical support body and arranged outside the filler layer.
