PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition exhibiting bone mass increasing effect on growing child and preventing or improving effect on bone diseases other than osteoporosis, e.g. bone destruction caused by rheumatoid arthritis or bone metastasis of cancer in addition to the prevention of osteoporosis of aged person, and provide drinks, foods, supplements, etc., containing the composition.;SOLUTION: It has been found that the administration of Sudachi (Citrus sudachi hort. ex Shirai) juice to a spayed mouse known as an osteoporosis model animal significantly lowers the bone loss, keeps the body weight, does not increase the weight of uterus contracted by spaying and is a safe agent free from unadvantageous action to the total body.
