PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hook-and-loop fastener assembly and a cushion having a hook-and-loop fastener assembly.;SOLUTION: The hook-and-loop fastener assembly mainly includes a first tape body, a second tape body, a third tape body, and an attraction layer. The first tape body has a first surface protrudingly provided with plural hooks, and a second surface. The second tape body is wider than the first tape body, has a third surface and a fourth surface with the third surface bonded to the second surface of the first tape body, protruding beyond longitudinal outsides of the first tape body, and forms a pair of wings. The third tape body, narrower than the second tape body, has a fifth surface and a sixth surface, with the fifth surface bonded to a central portion of the fourth surface of the second tape body.
