PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examining method and an examining reagent for autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) and fulminant type 1 diabetes mellitus (FT1DM).;SOLUTION: An antibody to be reacted immunologically with HSP 10 in a specimen is detected, to thereby examine AIP or FT1DM.
