PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement accuracy of the attenuation characteristics of a noise filter by imparting a noise source adapted to the actual condition of a power conversion device.;SOLUTION: A tracking generator 11 is connected to a spectrum analyzer 12 via a capacitor 15, without interposing a noise filter 18 between the tracking generator 11 and the spectrum analyzer 12, to thereby measure an output voltage V₁ in the absence of the noise filter 18 by the spectrum analyzer 12. Thereafter, the noise filter 18 is connected by interposing the capacitor 15 between the tracking generator 11 and the spectrum analyzer 12, to thereby measure the output voltage V₂, in the presence of the noise filter 18 by the spectrum analyzer 12. Then, the ratio between the output voltage V₁ in the absence of the noise filter 18 and the output voltage V₂ in the presence of the noise filter 18 is determined.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
