Method for producing natural rubber and / or synthetic isoprene rubber masterbatch using microbially decomposed powder rubber

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-energy-cost method for treating rubber chips or powder and recycling the resultant product. PSOLUTION: The method enables manufacturing a wet master batch of natural and/or a synthetic isoprene rubber by mixing (1) a slurry solution comprising a powder rubber produced by microbial decomposition and dispersed in water with (2) a natural rubber latex and/or a synthetic isoprene latex. The blending of the master batch of the natural and/or synthetic isoprene rubber obtained by drying the wet master batch of the natural and/or synthetic isoprene rubber provides a rubber composition retaining good properties.
