PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distal end of a sector scan type ultrasonic endoscope safely performing a treatment simultaneously using two operative instruments by easily displaying the two operative instruments, which are simultaneously projected from two operative instrument openings, on an ultrasonic tomographic image. PSOLUTION: The two operative instrument openings 11 and 12 are deflectedly disposed so that, the side edge 12s of an operative instrument opening 12 in a position separated from an ultrasonic probe 10 out of the two operative instrument openings 11 and 12, is projected (Δ) sideways the side edge 11a of the operative instrument opening 11 in a position close to the ultrasonic probe 10.
