PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which, when forming pixels using a colored photosensitive resin composition, avoids occurrence of development residues on a substrate and surface defects on a pixel part, excels in pencil hardness and sensitivity not to cause any problem in development, and solves the problem of after-image by suppressing outgassing.;SOLUTION: The colored photosensitive resin composition comprises a curable resin A, a photopolymerizable compound B, a photopolymerization initiator C, a coloring material D and a solvent E, wherein the curable resin A is an unsaturated group-containing resin obtained by reacting a copolymer, obtained by copolymerizing a compound having an unsaturated bond capable of forming a cyclic structure in a main chain, vinyltoluene and a compound having an unsaturated carboxyl group, with a compound having an unsaturated bond and an epoxy group in one molecule.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
