PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger hygiene enforcement system for enhancing the compliance with finger hygiene actions. PSOLUTION: The finger hygiene enforcement system 100 includes a PC 10 and acceleration sensors 12a-12d. The acceleration sensors 12a-12d are worn by an examinee and repeatedly detect the movement of the examinee's body. The PC 10 recognizes the examinee's actions on the basis of the detected motion to create action information, evaluates the execution state of the finger hygiene actions by the examinee on the basis of the action information, and gives advice to the examinee in relation to the evaluation result.
