PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an agent for inhibiting increase in expression of a stem cell factor (SCF) and an agent for inhibiting increase in expression of a basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) comprising a substance as an active ingredient having an inhibitory action on increase in expression of a stem cell factor (SCF) and an inhibitory action on increase in expression of a basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) by finding the substance from natural products having high safety.
