PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a uniform charge system capable of removing lead sulfate accumulated in a negative active material and hardly charged, and capable of prolonging a service life of a lead-acid battery. PSOLUTION: This uniform charge system charges the lead-acid battery until reaching a set voltage (V) of the lead battery at a constant current, and measures and stores a charge time (T1(h)) from the start of charge up to the reaching to the set voltage (V). A value of the charge time (T1(h)) multiplied with a fixed factor is calculated as a specified charge time (h), a current value (CA) flowing in the lead-acid battery 2 is measured at a time point when the specified charge time (h) lapses, under the set voltage (V), and uniform charge is finished when the current value (CA) flowing in the lead-acid battery 2 is a certain current value or less.
