PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the complicatedness of charging processing to a user in communication sales and attain periodic and sure recovery of a sales price for a seller.;SOLUTION: An operator terminal switches, upon receipt of a purchase request for a specific commodity from a user to the operator terminal, a telephone line with a user terminal to a processing device, and transmits information for the specific commodity that is the purchase request object of the user to the processing device. The processing device performs user authentication based on user information transmitted from the user, and transmits, as display information, relevant information for the specific commodity of the purchase request object of the user to the user terminal. When the user confirms displayed information for the specific commodity, the processing device issues an invoice, and performs charging processing in the form of adding charges such as the price of the commodity, a carriage or the like to utility charges.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
