PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a program, device and method for specifying an abnormal portion that allow specification of an abnormal portion from an observation flow observed from a plurality of observation points while suppressing a processing load.;SOLUTION: The abnormal portion specifying program is used for allowing a computer to specify an abnormal portion of a network. The program allows a computer to function as the following means: a link primary abnormality determination means 42 that specifies a link of an observation flow for each observation point so as to determine the normalcy/abnormality of the specified link on the basis of the normalcy/abnormality of the observation flow; a link secondary abnormality determination means 43 that utilizes a tree-shaped connection relationship between higher-order/lower-order links viewed from each observation point so as to determine the abnormality probability of the link from the link primary abnormality determination resu and a link tertiary abnormality determination means 44 that tallies the link secondary abnormality determination result for each observation point so as to determine the abnormality probability of the link.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
