PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a newspaper storage rack for a newspaper automatic vending machine capable of preventing a needle from rubbing a newspaper, when moving an hand from a feed finish position to a feed start position.;SOLUTION: The newspaper storage rack for the newspaper automatic vending machine includes: an arm 62 moved from a deep side of the rack toward a front side thereof; and the hand 63 attached turnably to the arm 62 and mounted with the needle 641 for catching the fed newspaper, and sends out the newspaper by moving the hand 63 from the feed start position to the feed finish position, under the condition where the newspaper is caught by the needle 641. A posture of the needle 641 is changed to separate a tip of the needle 641 from the newspaper stored in the rack, when a force of returning the hand 63 from the feed finish position to the feed start position acts on the hand 63, in the newspaper storage rack for the newspaper automatic vending machine.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
