PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a long folded product having a flexible sectional shape with the sectional width being changed.;SOLUTION: The manufacturing method comprises a feeding step of continuously feeding a long material in its longitudinal direction, a setting step of setting the width of the long material and the folding scheduled position, a cutting step of continuously cutting the width of the long material to be continuously fed as the set value, and a bending step of performing the roll forming and continuously bending an end of the long material at the bending scheduled position so that the movement and the angle of inclination in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction of the long material is kept at a right angle with respect to the temporal moving direction of the bending scheduled position and the angle of the roll axis to the feeding direction is kept at a right angle by using a roll forming device which is provided on the downstream side of the cutting position of the cutting step, and capable of moving the roll position in the direction orthogonal to the feeding direction, and continuously changing the angle of inclination of the roll axis with respect to the feeding direction.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
