I will provide an in-Vibo screening system with high throughput of juveniles of vertebrate. Sources of vertebrate juvenile entering the liquid quality medium, and the system comprises a tube loading device for sucking the juvenile. I provide a detector assembly to discriminate from debris or foam juvenile going through. I provide the imaging means can confocal imaging of the juveniles, a wide-field fluorescence imaging both.
