PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drainage structure of underground water and a construction method for a tunnel equipped with the drainage structure, preventing the water pressure of underground water from being applied to a lining body when excavating the self-supportable natural ground. PSOLUTION: The drainage structure 1 of underground water includes: the lining body 5 constructed along a tunnel excavation surface; aggregate 11 comprising pebbles, sand, etc. filled in a void part 4 formed between the tunnel excavation surface and the outer periphery of the lining body 5; an embedded form 6 provided to abut on the inner peripheral surface of the lining body 5; and openings 13 provided to penetrate the inside and outside of the lining body 5 and embedded form 6.
