PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give guidance on an operation method according to the operation skill level of a user. PSOLUTION: A detection means 1a detects an operation of an operation means 1e by a user. A skill determination means 1b determines user's skill of the operation detected by the detection means 1a. A guide means 1c refers to skill information stored in a skill information storage means 1d, and outputs a guidance for an operation method of the operation to the user according to the user's skill of the operation, based on the determination result by the skill determination means 1b. The skill information storage means 1d stores the skill showing the operation skill level of the operation means 1e in association with the guidance for the operation method of the operation.
