PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to construction of a UGC (user-generated content) system in which synchronization of each musical instrument sound data is securely taken. PSOLUTION: Contribution of a musical instrument sound data performed by musical instruments other than percussion instruments is forbidden, when there is no musical instrument sound data performed by the percussion instrument (for example, a drum) used as reference in performing other musical instruments. Thereby, contribution of a musical instrument data performed in a state that there is no musical instrument data to be a reference, is forbidden, and contribution of a musical instrument data of musical instruments other than the percussion instrument performed on the basis of the musical instrument data (a musical instrument data of the percussion such as drums) to be the reference is made possible, and each piece of musical instrument sound data is securely synchronized by using the musical instrument sound data to be the reference.
